Badlands Armor is designed and manufactured in house by CL2 Designs. We are a small, family owned business, built from the ground up, dedicated to providing the highest quality products to protect equipment operators and their equipment. Our team consists of experienced equipment operators who understand firsthand the risks of working without proper protection. When we couldn’t find a suitable option on the market, we started designing and handcrafting our own cages for personal use. What began as a solution for ourselves quickly grew into building cages for our local community. Today, we ship custom cages daily across the United States and internationally.

Our vision eventually lead us to adopting an easier way to attach our product to equipment without the need to permanently alter the machinery. Our patented plunger-style attachment system allows our cages to be securely mounted directly to the tractor's window glass. For other pieces of equipment such as side-by-sides and excavation equipment, our cages secure directly into pre-existing mounting locations, which means you don't have to drill anything. In cases of open station tractors, our cages secure safely and easily to the ROPS system.

All of our protective cages are made from heavy-duty steel and finished with a heavy-duty powder coat, ensuring a durable and long-lasting product.
