Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on orders within the United States to commercial addresses, and a $200 residential delivery fee applies to shipments delivered to a residential address. Residential addresses include homes, farms, ranches, or any location without a commercial loading dock or forklift access. Any additional services such as lift-gate delivery, residential delivery, or limited access locations may result in additional charges.

If a residential address is entered at checkout but the commercial shipping option is selected, the order may be held, adjusted, or canceled until the correct shipping arrangement is confirmed. We require payment of the residential delivery fee or require the shipment to be delivered to a qualifying commercial address before fulfillment.

To help avoid this fee, we recommend contacting your local equipment dealer or a nearby business to see if they are able to receive the shipment on your behalf at a commercial address.

Most of our products are made to order, and depending on production, it may take three-four weeks for your order to ship. We use Unishipper to select from a variety of trusted carriers, ensuring the best option based on your location and order details.

You’ll receive your shipping details as soon as your order is fulfilled.

Forestry Kits

Each kit ships on a pallet that weighs well over 1,000 lbs. Due to the size and weight of these shipments, customers must ensure the delivery location has the proper equipment, such as a forklift or suitable unloading method, to safely receive the pallet.

Freight carriers are not responsible for unloading or moving products beyond the delivery point. Any additional services such as lift-gate delivery, residential delivery, or limited access locations may result in additional charges.

Freight is calculated after fulfillment and invoiced separately once your order is ready to ship.

International Customers

All international customers are required to source and arrange their own freight and shipping. Start by contacting your local freight forwarder to coordinate logistics, companies such as DHL, UPS, and FedEx are reliable options to consider. We recommend reaching out to your local dealer to see if they can assist with the process.

Once we have confirmation of payment and your order is ready, we will provide you with all the necessary information to coordinate pickup and shipping.
